Wow. The Winter Retreat is less than a week away. Here is some useful information about the weekend as well as a checklist to help you with packing. If you haven't signed up yet and would like to come, please contact Jessica at the church office.Miscellaneous Details
- Registration will be on Friday January 13 from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm in Spruce Lodge. The opening session starts at 9:00 pm in the Chapel (click here for a map of retreat center). We will not be providing dinner on Friday night, so please eat something on the way.
- It takes about 2 1/2 hours to get there. The Schuylkill Expressway can be an absolute nightmare during rush hour, so make sure you factor in traffic as well. The address to the retreat center is 5389 Route 447, Canadensis, PA 18325.
- Try to carpool if possible. Not only do you save money on gas and tolls, but you get some sweet fellowship time as well.
- We'll be have breakout sessions on Saturday morning. Don't forget to submit your questions via the online fishbowl.
- During worship we will be leaving time for prophetic burdens and personal ministry. Be sure to pray beforehand and ask God if there is anything He may want to lay on your heart to encourage others.
- There will be no Resolved meeting this Wednesday January 11. Community groups will start back up again on Wednesday January 18.

What to Bring
- Bed linens/blankets/sleeping bag/pillow
- Warm clothes (we'll be in the Poconos, remember). There is a tubing hill at the Retreat Center, so you may want to bring snow clothes in case it snows. Please pray for snow!
- Towels and toiletries
- Bible and notebook
- Snacks: The retreat center will be providing us with full meals on Saturday and Sunday. The retreat center's snack shop will be open Saturday afternoon. If you want to bring some extra snacks to hide under your pillow, then that's totally fine.
- Tennis/volleyball/basketball equipment
- Games
- Cash or Check for registration (if you haven't paid yet)
